Role Description: Mazda is looking for a qualified Privacy Business Analyst needed to support Mazda Privacy Operations, so they can work across Business and Technology teams that process PII (Personal Identifiable Information) used by Mazda and their partners. The understanding of Mazda's processes, applications & systems will be a key objective of this role. In addition, this role will need to comply and align with the evolving US Data Privacy requirements for Privacy Operations, such as Data Mapping, Policies, DSAR operations, Consulting, business requirement documentation, web compliance, training, reporting, auditing, and projects that support Mazda's Data Privacy initiatives. This role will have a focus on the Mapping PII data and be a key part of the Mazda Privacy Operations team. Qualifications: ¿ Mid level status and experience in Data Privacy ¿ 4 years of Data Privacy experience with 3 years of leading off shore Operations ¿ Experience in existing US Data Privacy Laws and Regulations ¿ Good Business Analyst skills ¿ Experience in Data Mapping & Process Design ¿ Intermediate experience with Data and System Architecture and Practices ¿ Experience with Web Privacy and Compliance ¿ General Data Governance & Management experience ¿ Clear and Articulate Communication Skills with an emphasis on the English language to be customer facing. ¿ High understanding of ¿ Scrum and Agile Technologies ¿ MS Office 365, (intermediate) ¿ Excel (Advanced) ¿ Visio (intermediate) ¿ Data Privacy Web Compliance Cookies, Consent ¿ Power BI ¿ Data Privacy Tools & Operations ¿ Documentation, SOP's, KPI's ¿ Self Motivated ¿ Business Facing ¿ Passion for Privacy!
