Physician, Board Certified, with Massachusetts license.
Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred.
Experience in medical administration, particularly evaluation and supervision of licensed medical providers.
Demonstrated past leadership ability.
Experience in Quality Assurance, Utilization Review, Continuous Quality Improvement preferred.
Committed to working with Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs).

TEAM MEDICAL DIRECTOR
In this role you will:
Provide medical leadership for the OB Medical Team. Take responsibility, collaborating with other senior managers, physicians, and nursing leaders for establishing and meeting team productivity goals.
Participates in orientation and training of new providers.
