What You'll Do The Team Manager, Technology Recruitment reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition and is responsible for leading a team of recruiters focused on attracting, engaging, and hiring technology talent. You will be accountable for team performance, recruitment outcomes, candidate and hiring manager experience, operational excellence, and the execution of talent acquisition strategies that support business objectives. You will also manage a portfolio of recruitment requisitions and lead talent acquisition initiatives designed to strengthen Fidelity's ability to attract and retain technical talent.
How You'll Make an ImpactLead and manage a team of Technology Recruiters
:- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technology Recruiters responsible for recruiting technical talent across multiple business areas and technology disciplines.
- Working with the recruiters, develop sourcing and recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill technical positions.
Manage the team and the day-to-day activities by providing direction, guidance, and support, as well as managing performance and providing training support as required:
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and development, including on-the-job training.
- Conduct regular performance discussions and feedback sessions.
Personally manage a portfolio of complex, critical, or senior level recruitment requisitions
:- Sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
- Drive recruitment activities through the full recruitment lifecycle.
What We Are Looking For- 3+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience
- Proven experience with sourcing and recruiting for specialized roles or filling hard to fill positions
- Experience partnering with senior business leaders and hiring managers
- Previous people management experience is required
- Experience recruiting in financial services or technology industry experience
- Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset
- CHRP, CHRL, or related HR designation is an asset

For this role, your total rewards include:
- Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: Total annual cash compensation (base salary plus target bonus) ranges from $110,000 to $140,000 based on experience and qualifications.
