  • Assist in crisis intervention and support de-escalation efforts.
  • Coach and mentor staff for professional development and improved performance.
  • Engage in quality improvement and regulatory readiness initiatives.

Job Specifics:
  • Location: 301 E St Joseph St, Green Bay, WI 54301
  • FTE Status: 1.0 FTE, Full-Time
  • Hours: 40 hours/week
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; Call coverage approximately once every 8 weeks
Job Description:
  • Day-to-day leadership and clinical oversight for nursing staff in a behavioral health hospital setting.
  • Responsible for the performance of multiple department/business units as defined by Bellin's strategies - market leader (Growth), clinical benchmark (Effectiveness), best value (Efficiency) and engaged relationships (Engagement).
  • Provide leadership to obtain operational and strategic goals within Behavioral Health Hospital and affiliated Bellin Memorial Hospital.
  • Supports safe, patient-centered care by coordinating staffing, guiding clinical practice, mentoring team members, and helping ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and best practices in behavioral health care.
  • Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, nursing assistants, and other care team members.
  • Support de-escalation efforts and crisis intervention as needed.
  • Coach, mentor, and support staff development and performance.
  • Participate in quality improvement, safety, and regulatory readiness efforts.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other disciplines.
  • Act as a change agent consistent with Bellin Health System vision, mission, and strategies.

  • Three to five years of demonstrated competency in a clinical leadership role.
