Full Job Description
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
  • Manage and support a multidisciplinary team
  • Ensure follow-up, respect deadlines, schedules and budgets issued for the various projects
  • Ensure the MEP of the new platforms of the different members of the team
  • Carry out capex, opex, labor budget follow-ups, the opening of CAAR
  • Work to achieve plant objectives in terms of OHS, productivity, quality and cost
  • Promote the optimization and robustness of our processes
  • Plan the sustainability of our various assets
  • Budget planning for the next few years
  • Facilitate problem solving
  • Collaborate with different departments and vendors


YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
  • Bachelor's degree or DEC in mechanical or industrial engineering and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
  • Bilingualism essential both oral and written (English and French)
  • Good command of Excel, PowerPoint Point, SAP, Autocad software;
  • Good knowledge of "lean manufacturing" and logistics processes
  • Be an excellent communicator and have a good ability to influence
  • Coaching and team management skills
  • Be open-minded
  • Great analytical and synthetic spirit
  • Rigorous, autonomous and excel in teamwork
