Full Job Description
We are seeking an HR Manager for our Global Functions group to thrive in a highly collaborative environment that fosters professional development. Reporting to the HR Director for Global functions, the new manager and its team will be driving strategic initiatives and influencing business decisions while partnering closely with leadership across the organization. You will join a dynamic, passionate team and play a critical role in shaping people strategies that support business growth and transformation.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Serve as a strategic partner between BRP leadership and the HR function, acting as point of contact for more senior management levels and a trusted advisor for employees
  • Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with senior leaders to influence business strategy and align it with effective people solutions
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated HR strategies that support organizational goals, performance, and growth
  • Coach and develop leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness, using data-driven insights, diagnostic thinking, and innovative problem-solving
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and talent development strategies that create a high-performance culture
  • Partner with business leaders to support organizational transformation, including organizational design, change management, and workforce planning
  • Oversee and guide the implementation of HR programs, policies, and tools, collaborating with Global HR Centers of Excellence
  • Analyze people metrics and trends to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is an asset)
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including 2-3 years in leadership responsibilities working with executive levels
  • Proven ability to act as a strategic HR leader in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
  • People oriented with strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act pragmatically
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities including influence, accountability, ownership, and resilience Experience in change management, organizational development, and talent strategy
  • Ability to lead, manage priorities, and drive results independently
