Position Responsibilities- Guide a team of Tax Specialists, managing workflow, conducting check-in meetings, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Review tax department reporting and take on special projects as needed.
- Evaluate team member performance, providing regular coaching, career planning discussions and year-end reviews.
- Conduct interviews and make recommendations for potential new hires for the team.
Minimum Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 1+ year in a customer service setting. Experience with exemption certificates is preferred, but we will train you!
- Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.
