Description

In this role, you'll be responsible for advising clients on the tax implications of their business objectives while acting as the primary client contact for complex tax issues. You'll also mentor junior staff, contribute to process improvements, and play a key role in shaping the future of our tax practice.

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive tax services to a diverse client portfolio spanning individuals, businesses, and professional services clients such as attorneys, real estate agents, etc.; estate and trust experience is a plus
  • Manage project deadlines and plan appropriately with associates and senior associates
  • Coordinate with the team members on all phases of the Tax engagement
  • Assists with developing, recommending, and implementing efficient and effective methods to maximize client benefits
  • Review individual and business tax returns and provide timely and constructive feedback
  • Keep current on tax law changes and accounting related developments and best practices
  • Work with team members for continual process improvement
  • Participate in practice development and various firm activities


What you Bring
