The Opportunity

As a Tax Innovation - Solution Architecture - Manager, you will design and implement innovative technology solutions to meet clients' business needs, leveraging your experience in analyzing requirements and developing technical designs. Within our Tax practice, you will play a pivotal role in designing seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures that enhance business performance for our clients.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

Responsibilities

- Designing and implementing seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures for clients
- Analyzing business requirements to develop technical designs that meet client needs
- Leading teams in the successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion of projects
- Guiding the development and deployment of innovative technology solutions to enhance business performance
- Mentoring team members to leverage their unique strengths and improve performance

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
