Full Job Description
Tax Director, you will provide tax consulting and compliance services to a diverse client base. Managing client interaction, deliverables and engagements are the primary responsibilities. Internally, you will manage engagement economics and provide technical and leadership development to the income and franchise taxation team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Become a trusted advisor to our clients in an effort to deliver the highest level of value to their businesses
  • Maintain active communication with clients to develop relationships, manage expectations and ensure deadlines are met
  • Developing and delivering solutions to the client's advisory needs
  • Possessing technical competence and demonstrating extensive knowledge of current and emerging laws and regulations within the not-for-profit sector
  • Overseeing engagement economics and effectively manage firm risk
  • Delivering quality work by serving as primary and/or secondary reviewer of complex compliance and consulting projects
  • Advancing your expertise in tax matters through continued education and technical research
  • Acquiring new clients through business development efforts and identifying cross-selling opportunities throughout the client base
  • Recruit, train, mentor and retain professional staff through performance reviews, on-the-job training, and post-engagement debriefings


WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • CPA, JD, LLM or Masters in Taxation
  • Minimum of 10 years of public accounting experience in tax
