$90K-$105K base salary (DOE & location)
Uncapped residual commissions + KPI bonuses

What You'll Do
Train, coach, and develop a team of Sales Professionals
Manage performance, career progression, turnover, and hiring
Lead by example by actively prospecting through cold calling & lead generation
Attend client meetings to support the full sales cycle
Present customized solutions that make businesses Simpler, Safer, and Stronger
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth implementation
Partner closely with the VP of Operations to manage daily operations in the Tampa office
Create meaningful impact for small and mid-sized businesses in your community
