RGP is seeking a Talent Systems Analyst to join the Enterprise Applications IT team. This role serves as the primary administrator and support resource for RGP's talent acquisition technology ecosystem, including Avature and related recruiting platforms. Partnering with Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Business Operations, and IT teams, the Talent Systems Analyst is responsible for system configuration, user support, testing, training, process improvements, and technology enhancements that support recruiting, staffing, and consulting operations. The ideal candidate brings experience with ATS, VMS, and related talent technologies, along with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
Compensation Range: $110,000-$140,000

What You Will Work On
- Serve as the primary functional administrator for Avature and other talent acquisition platforms.
- Provide day-to-day production support, troubleshoot system issues, and manage support tickets through resolution.
- Configure workflows, forms, templates, permissions, notifications, and business rules to support recruiting and operational processes.
- Partner with Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Business Operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Lead and support system testing activities, including regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release validation.
- Develop training materials, conduct user training sessions, and provide ongoing support for system users.
- Support platform upgrades, new functionality, integrations, and implementation projects.
- Document system configurations, business processes, and operational procedures.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, data quality, and user experience.
- Support reporting and data management efforts to ensure accurate and reliable information across talent systems.
What You Will Bring
- Avature certification required; Level 4 certification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Experience administering and supporting Avature and other ATS, HRIS, CRM, or enterprise platforms.
- Required experience developing and maintaining Avature reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business and recruiting objectives.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, recruiting workflows, and candidate lifecycle management.
- Experience configuring workflows, forms, permissions, integrations, and reporting solutions.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions and process improvements.
- Experience supporting system testing, enhancements, upgrades, and change management initiatives.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Experience supporting staffing, recruiting, consulting, professional services, or workforce management organizations preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to new technologies and business needs.
