Continental Properties is looking for a
Talent Strategy Partner to join our
Human Resources team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, WI.
As a Talent Strategy Partner, you'll support the delivery of HR business partner services and talent management programs for Continental's home office population. This role works closely with the Senior Director, Talent Strategy and functions as both a consultative partner to home office leaders and a program executor within the Talent Strategy COE. This is a developmental, high-impact role for an HR professional who is equally comfortable in strategic conversations with leaders and in the operational work of designing and running talent programs. The ideal candidate brings strong interpersonal skills, a consultative mindset, genuine enthusiasm for culture and team member experience, and the organizational discipline to manage multiple programs and priorities in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Essential Responsibilities:- Support the Senior Director, Talent Strategy in delivering business partner services to home office leaders; assist with preparation for talent reviews, org planning discussions, leader coaching, and follow-through on talent commitments.
- Partner with leaders on workforce and talent planning; identify capability gaps, retention risk, and talent needs, and translate them into proactive staffing and development recommendations.
- Serve as a day-to-day HR resource for home office managers and team members, addressing talent-related questions, escalating appropriately, and building ongoing relationships across the organization.
- Coordinate and execute COE programs spanning Talent Strategy, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards, including performance management, engagement, onboarding, hiring, leadership development, and total rewards initiatives.
- Analyze people data and prepare insights, reports, and presentation materials to support talent conversations and leadership decision-making.
Skills for Success:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- Years of Experience: 5+ years of HR or relevant experience required, including experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Proactive, self-starting partner with strong people skills who thrives amid shifting deadlines and priorities.
- Skilled at coaching managers and team members toward stronger individual and team performance, with the ability to communicate directly while leading with empathy.
- Comfortable saying no and offering well-reasoned alternatives to leaders; handles sensitive information with discretion and builds credibility across all levels.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, HRIS or other HR platforms, AI tools or platforms; brings an AI-forward mindset and curiosity for using AI tools to work smarter.
We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The posted salary range represents our good faith estimate of the base salary for this role at the time of posting. Final compensation is based on a variety of factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include bonus potential or other forms of compensation and benefits.
Salary Range: $105,000 - $120,000 annually
