Job Title: Talent Management Lead
- Location: Morristown, NJ or Cambridge, MA
Main Responsibilities- Lead enterprise innovative talent initiatives that deliver measurable business impact and strengthen organizational capability. (Internal mobility, Future Leaders acceleration, managers upskilling)
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, securing alignment, sponsorship, and engagement throughout project/initiatives lifecycles.
- Cascade and execute global programs (e.g., Explore More, Skills Power) with local adaptation to ensure relevance and adoption
- Ensure organizational readiness by enabling strategic internal mobility, cross moves, building robust succession pipelines and creating conditions for talents to be identified, developed and retained.
- Collaborate strategically with Learning, Talent Acquisition, and Rewards & performance teams to leverage expertise and ensure integrated solutions
- Act as an SME by being a thought partner to PBPs and Line Managers, providing expert guidance and insights on talent decisions.
- Create the conditions at regional level to strengthen leadership and people management capabilities across all management levels
- Analize data to generate insights that will drive the design of talent solutions.
- Understand the global Talent Management tools & resources and adopt when relevant and significant for the function.
- Contribute to the North America Talent Management community to align, give visibility on global trends & initiatives and share best practices
- Enhance connection of development opportunities to different talent pools (e.g. Leadership development programs nomination, GIGs) and help connect talents' aspiration to business opportunities
- Partner with Early talents professionals to identify Early talents that can feed the talent pipeline.
About You Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree preferred with professional experience leading talent initiatives and talent development strategies
- 10 years of working experience in Business or in Talent Management or as a People & Culture Business Partner (previously HRBP) with a passion for Talent Management & Development
- Experience in designing, implementing, and running Talent initiatives at enterprise scale.
- Ability to innovate practices that address talent gaps
- High-level of critical thinking and strategic mindset required; can adapt and pivot, as necessary.
- Excels at developing relationships throughout the organization, building networks and ability to influence stakeholders at various levels of management, including engaging with senior leaders.
- Needs a high degree of initiative, autonomy, and ability to collaborate in a virtual team environment while meeting objectives.
- Strong ability to focus, prioritize, and deliver multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment, highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to new challenges, projects, and systems/ tools that are used by the team.
- Ability to analyze and generate insights based on data.
- Recommending new approaches and improvements to current processes and procedures, to support an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.

The salary range for this position is:
$150,000.00 - $250,000.00
