Job DescriptionThe Vice President of Pacific Business Operations is a senior strategic leader responsible for overseeing, optimizing, and expanding business operations across the Pacific region. This role provides executive oversight of regional performance, revenue growth, operational execution, and cross-functional coordination. The VP ensures that programs, customer engagements, and internal initiatives are delivered with excellence and align with overall corporate goals.
This position requires a highly experienced leader who brings operational expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers, partners, employees, and executive stakeholders. The VP will drive long-term regional strategy while ensuring day-to-day operational effectiveness.
Essential Job Duties
- Develop and lead the Pacific regional business strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities, emerging markets, and strategic partnerships within the region.
- Drive multi-year regional planning, forecasting, and performance metrics.
- Oversee all business operations across Pacific locations, ensuring efficient processes, quality standards, and compliance.
- Direct program and contract execution, ensuring high-quality delivery, customer satisfaction, and on-time performance.
- Implement scalable practices that enhance productivity and operational consistency.
- Serve as a senior executive point of contact for key customers and partners across the Pacific region.
- Strengthen customer relationships by leading strategic reviews, performance updates, and solution development.
- Collaborate closely with government, commercial, and community stakeholders.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business, management, operations, or related field required; master's degree preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in business operations, regional management, or related executive roles.
- Experience managing multi-site operations within complex or regulated environments.
- Strong executive leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making abilities.
- Proven success driving operational excellence and financial performance.
- Ability to manage large teams, complex contracts, and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Deep understanding of Pacific-region business landscape, logistics, and cultural considerations (preferred).
