Full Job Description
RH is seeking a Talent Engagement Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned business areas, partnering with leaders to define talent needs, attract exceptional candidates and deliver strong hiring outcomes. This role is responsible for creating alignment around role strategy, candidate profile, market positioning and offer approach, while ensuring a thoughtful, elevated candidate and leader experience throughout the hiring journey.

The ideal candidate brings strong recruiting expertise, sound judgment and a deep understanding of how to identify, assess and close high-quality talent in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from intake and sourcing through offer, close and onboarding handoff
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate talent needs, define role scope, success profile, hiring strategy and candidate assessment approach
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify, engage and cultivate high-quality talent aligned to business needs
  • Lead structured candidate assessments, evaluating qualifications, experience, leadership alignment and role fit
  • Advise leaders on talent market conditions, compensation positioning, candidate assessment and hiring best practices
  • Make informed recommendations to leaders on candidate selection, offer approach and closing strategy
  • Create an elevated candidate experience through clear communication, thoughtful follow-up and a strong representation of the RH brand
  • Drive recruiting momentum across all stages of the process, removing obstacles and influencing stakeholders toward timely, high-quality hiring decisions
  • Lead offer strategy, negotiation and candidate close in partnership with leaders and People Team partners
  • Track and manage recruiting outcomes, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, pipeline health and successful close rates


OUR REQUIREMENTS
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth, multi-unit, retail, hospitality, design or luxury brand environment
  • Demonstrated experience partnering directly with business leaders to define talent needs and deliver strong hiring outcomes
  • Strong sourcing capability with experience building pipelines for both active and passive talent
  • Proven experience assessing candidates through structured interviews, role alignment and behavioral evaluation
  • Experience advising leaders on recruiting strategy, candidate assessment, market conditions and offer recommendations
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, leaders and cross-functional partners
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and the capacity to manage multiple searches with urgency and precision
  • Sound judgment and discretion when navigating sensitive candidate, compensation and stakeholder conversations
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and high expectations for quality and execution
  • Strong technical proficiency across applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms and recruiting tools
  • Commitment to delivering a thoughtful, elevated experience for candidates and internal partners


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods
  • Operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Communicate effectively by phone, video, email and in person
  • Occasionally move throughout office or gallery environments as needed
