Overview

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and is responsible for leading a team of Talent Acquisition Associates, Specialists and Senior Specialists supporting high-volume hiring initiatives. This role oversees day-to-day operations, workforce planning, stakeholder management, team productivity, and recruiting performance to ensure hiring goals are achieved efficiently and effectively.

 

The Supervisor serves as the primary leader for class-based recruiting efforts, ensuring recruiting processes, candidate pipelines, and hiring events are executed successfully while maintaining exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Own full cycle, fast paced, and high-quality talent acquisition process
  • Lead, coach, and develop Talent Acquisition team members through regular coaching and performance discussions.
  • Provide daily guidance and support regarding recruiting strategies, candidate management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor workload distribution and team capacity to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide a warm, high touch, and superlative experience to candidates and hiring teams throughout the entirety of recruiting cycles
  • Lead meetings with stakeholders on hiring needs and progress.
  • Collaborate with HR/Onboarding team to prepare onboarding and orientation plans for new hires and ensure plans are executed smoothly
  • Build strong client management culture by fostering meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on high-volume hiring
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of ATS (iCIMS preferred), sourcing tools, recruitment technologies, and reporting metrics.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members while balancing accountability and support.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills with the ability to build effective partnerships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • The employee is expected to be punctual and ready to report to work on a consistent basis
  • The employee will be exposed to a fast-paced environment and is expected to be able to adjust accordingly

  • Available for full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt.
Compensation InformationOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $85,500 to $98,500 annually. Benefits
