Full Job Description
What You'll Do
  • Own hiring pipelines end-to-end as the first dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist in New York
  • Source strong, high-signal pipelines fast, using creative and unconventional sourcing strategies that go far beyond LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Execute and continuously improve the hiring process for Go-To-Market functions (Sales, Customer Success, and Enabling Functions), balancing a very high bar with fast execution
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to drive hiring velocity - proactively managing the funnel, unblocking bottlenecks, and pushing decisions forward
  • Deliver a best-in-class experience to candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers alike


What We're Looking For
  • Experience working as part of an internal Talent Acquisition team in a hyper-growth start-up, a GTM operator at a VC backed start-up, and/or a hyper-competitive recruitment agency environment
  • An exceptionally creative and proactive sourcer with a deep understanding of GTM excellence for a growing start-up
  • Exceptional story-telling ability to sell career opportunities at Peec AI to top talent with multiple competing offers
  • Proven experience designing and running high-velocity hiring pipelines while operating with modern, AI-centric tooling (e.g. Ashby, Metaview, Claude/ChatGPT, Clay, Lemlist, etc.)


Bonus Points
  • Experience at a top-tier recruiting agency, especially in highly competitive markets
  • Familiarity with New York technology/start-up ecosystem
  • Previous involvement in building an office/team from scratch

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors including the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable New York law.
