  • Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders by providing guidance on talent availability, labor-market conditions, interview practices, candidate assessment, and selection decisions.
  • Build and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines, with a focus on reaching qualified talent from a broad range of backgrounds and experiences.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely, transparent communication, relationship management, and effective offer negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records and use metrics-including time to fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance-to evaluate and improve recruiting results.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneously while meeting hiring deadlines and maintaining a high level of candidate service.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition practices, including position intake, sourcing strategy, structured interviewing, candidate evaluation, selection, and closing.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and serve as a consultative recruiting partner to hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Strong candidate-assessment and negotiation skills, including the ability to identify candidate motivations, present evidence-based recommendations, address concerns, and support offer acceptance.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, recruiting technology, and talent acquisition metrics; experience using data to improve pipeline health and recruiting outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project-management skills, along with knowledge of fair, consistent, and legally compliant recruiting practices.
