Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (100% Remote)

Company: SERVPRO Team Doyle

Location: Remote (Must be aligned with US Eastern Time Zone)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $80,000 OTE (Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Placement Bonuses)

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Executive Leadership: Collaborate directly with the COO and general managers to align hiring goals with real-time business expansion across our 6 PA locations.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment funnel-from active sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews to extending offers and facilitating onboarding.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Execute creative headhunting, direct cold outreach, and active talent pipeline building for hard-to-fill restoration, construction, and office operations roles.
  • Brand Ambassador: Craft engaging job advertisements and serve as the warm, professional voice welcoming new talent to SERVPRO Team Doyle.
  • Process Optimization: Leverage CareerPlug and recruiting tools to track pipeline metrics, shorten time-to-hire, and deliver a smooth candidate experience.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of successful full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
  • Self-Starter Mentality: Proven ability to manage your own day, work productively in a fully remote environment, and drive results without micromanagement.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Outgoing, empathetic, and persuasive voice across phone, video, and written outreach.
  • Agility: Comfortable switching gears quickly-sourcing a technical field technician in the morning and an operations manager in the afternoon.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with modern applicant tracking systems (CareerPlug, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter) and video interview platforms.
