Full Job Description
The Role

As Talent Acquisition Specialist - North America, you'll manage full-cycle recruitment across our four North American locations: New York City (Tribeca & Upper East Side), Chicago, and Toronto.

This is a hands-on and strategic role, responsible for balancing high-volume hiring for our operational teams with the recruitment of key leadership roles-ensuring every hire reflects AIRE's standards of excellence, culture, and guest experience.

Working closely with the Talent Lead - North America, you will help execute regional talent acquisition strategies, drive recruitment initiatives, and support workforce planning across all locations. You'll also partner closely with Site Directors and Department Managers, acting as a trusted advisor on hiring needs, talent quality, and market insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple sites and functions - from operational to leadership roles.
  • Partner with Site Directors and Department Managers to define talent needs, role profiles, and interview processes.
  • Balance high-volume operational hiring with select leadership recruitment across departments.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, partnerships, and targeted outreach.
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience that embodies AIRE's culture and values.
  • Maintain accurate records and insights in our ATS (Teamtailor / Workday) and provide regular recruitment reporting.
  • Support internal mobility, succession, and pipeline initiatives to ensure long-term talent readiness.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Lead on employer branding initiatives and talent campaigns across the region.
Who You Are
  • Pay: $90,000 yearly
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communication, Hospitality, Psychology, or related field (required).
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Talent Management (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in hospitality, spa/wellness, or luxury retail.
  • Strong track record recruiting both operational and leadership profiles in fast-paced, multi-site environments.
  • Skilled in ATS systems (Teamtailor, Workday, or similar).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
  • Empathetic, structured, and proactive - you balance people intuition with data-driven decision making.
