Full Job Description
As a full cycle Talent Acquisition member, you will partner closely with business leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies that meet both immediate and long-term hiring needs. You will manage multiple requisitions, support one or multiple practices based on business needs, lead high-impact searches, and deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. Leveraging expertise in sourcing, technology, assessment, and employer branding, you will build diverse talent pipelines and support the firm's continued growth.

Who You Are:
  • 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience within a dynamic, matrixed, or professional services environment.
  • Extensive experience partnering with business stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and deliver high-quality, diverse talent on time.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for advisory and consulting roles, including FP&A, Data & Analytics, Accounting Advisory, Transaction Services, Risk & Compliance, and related service lines.
  • Proven ability to independently source, engage, assess, and close passive and active candidates across a variety of experience levels.
  • Meet KPIs set by recruiting leadership (candidates added to Ashby, time to fill, # of hires/year, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of talent intelligence, employer branding, and recruiting technologies, with hands-on experience leveraging ATS, CRM, sourcing tools, AI-powered recruiting solutions, and automation platforms (e.g., Ashby, Noon AI) to identify talent, streamline processes, and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Ability to lead complex searches across multiple practices while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills with a commitment to delivering an exceptional stakeholder experience by providing a consultative approach.
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting technical talent with established networks and demonstrated success hiring NetSuite, OneStream, and Salesforce professionals, including architects, developers, and other specialized technology resources.
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and/or PowerPoint, with experience analyzing recruiting data, developing reports, and presenting insights to stakeholders.

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and deliver recruiting strategies aligned to practice needs and firm growth goals.
  • Lead and manage senior-level and specialized searches, ensuring high-quality and on-time hiring outcomes.
  • Utilize talent intelligence, sourcing techniques, and technology tools to build robust and diverse pipelines.
  • Enhance Riveron's employer brand and candidate experience through consistent, high quality engagement.
  • Manage and optimize recruiting systems, data integrity, reporting, and dashboards to provide actionable insights, track performance, and support decision-making.
  • Oversee and contribute to recruiting programs (e.g., interview assessment, employer brand, campus recruiting, diversity initiatives, talent insights).
  • Lead, coach, and develop junior TA members, supporting their performance and professional growth.
  • Prepare recruiting updates, reports, and presentations for TA and business leadership
