Responsibilities
Responsibilities Deeply understand the business logic, organizational model, and hiring needs, and partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies. Identify, attract, and negotiate complex compensation packages and close all level candidates. Continuously deliver high-quality candidates and fulfill hiring goals. Act as the employer branding champion and cultivate hiring managers and interviewers to represent company's culture in a meaningful way. Partner with assigned business group(s) and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team. Assist with cyclical HR programs, including performance management, engagement survey, and recognition. Manage employee disciplinary issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case. Proactively assess employees, teams, and organizational development needs, and make recommendations and implement appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Economics, Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, employer will accept an additional 2 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Talent mapping in the U.S. technology industry to identify workforce needs that align with strategic talent acquisition objectives; Identifying and negotiating complex compensation packages with candidates using compensation structures in the technology industry; Driving full-cycle recruitment activities in technology industry, including analyzing the hiring needs, partnering with the hiring managers, developing hiring strategies, and providing solutions for recruitment challenges during the recruitment process; and Identifying and leveraging recruiting data to drive and influence hiring strategies and decisions. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $124862 - $168000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
