As a
Talent Acquisition Partner at TMX, you will act as a consultative expert driving end-to-end recruitment, with this role focussed on hiring across multiple Business Units and Corporate Functions. You will attract, engage, and support the team to hire top talent, and in addition you will collaborate with the global HR team on business-wide initiatives, championing innovation as TMX continues to grow and evolve.
This role reports to: Head of Talent Acquisition This role is hybrid (2-3 days/week in the office) - based in Toronto, ONKey Accountabilities:- End-to-End Talent Acquisition Delivery: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple business functions and across levels of seniority, from initial intake and recruitment strategy to offer negotiation and seamless onboarding.
- Strategic Advisory: Partner with hiring managers to define sourcing strategies, align on priorities, and articulate TMX's value proposition to attract top-tier talent.
- Pipeline & Market Intelligence: Proactively build diverse talent pipelines, leveraging data and dashboards to advise the business on market trends.
- Brand Ambassador:Deliver a seamless, high-touch recruitment journey, maintaining a focus on creating a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Global Collaboration: Contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives and business-wide projects, to ensure we are all succeeding together by contributing towards a positive, supportive and inspiring work environment.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of accuracy, accountability, and efficiency throughout the recruitment cycle.
Skills - Must Have(s):- Minimum 3 years experience of full-cycle recruitment experience, either in-house or agency, hiring exceptional people across multiple disciplines.
- Advanced expertise in sourcing, and creativity in utilizing proactive talent attraction and engagement strategies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to be valued as a business partner, providing guidance and consultation, building relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
- Ability to build credibility, being seen as a specialist in talent acquisition, and leveraging data to drive hiring decisions.
- Proven negotiation and influence skills.
- Ability to adapt your approach to meet the needs of the business.
- A collaborative approach to how you work with others within the global Talent Acquisition team, and broader HR team.
- Experience using Workday HRIS, including the ability to troubleshoot issues to ensure data integrity and process efficiency for internal stakeholders.
Skills - Nice to Have(s):- Bilingual (French and English) communication skills

Salary Range: 95,000/year -105,000/year CAD Please note that the salary range included is a guideline only. The salary offered may vary based on factors, including, but not limited to, the successful candidate's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
