Your Role in Our Mission:

Evaluate and implement recruiting technology that improves efficiency and candidate experience.
Manage and optimize hiring assessments and selection tools.
Partner with vendors on integrations and recruiting technology enhancements.
Lead strategic Talent Acquisition projects that improve scalability and operational effectiveness.
Explore and implement AI solutions that enhance sourcing, screening, scheduling, analytics, and recruiter productivity.

What Makes You a Great Fit:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience recruiting professional and leadership-level positions.
2+ years of Talent Acquisition leadership or team lead experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience building strong partnerships with hiring leaders and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Experience leveraging AI tools within Talent Acquisition.
Contact Center recruiting experience preferred.
