Full Job Description
Aligned Data Centers is seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full lifecycle recruiting processes and strategic talent projects. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-impact sourcing, recruiting, and talent pipeline strategies. The ideal candidate thrives with autonomy, partners effectively with senior leadership, and drives process optimization to attract and secure top talent across the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle talent acquisition process for a variety of roles, from intake through offer negotiation and onboarding, while leading key talent projects and programs
  • Design and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent using a variety of recruitment tools, systems, and platforms
  • Provide expert consultation and guidance to senior leadership and executives on all aspects of the hiring process, including talent pipelining, market insights, candidate assessment, and hiring optimization
  • Lead offer negotiations, including base salary, short- and long-term incentive plans, executive compensation structures, and other total rewards elements
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive market research, networking, and relationship management
  • Collaborate with HR and business partners to optimize HRIS systems and recruitment processes, developing best-in-class tools, workflows, and reporting
  • Deliver clear, concise, and influential communications to senior leaders and executives, including talent market updates, hiring metrics, and strategic recommendations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in talent acquisition, focusing on efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, prioritizing workload and managing multiple complex recruiting projects simultaneously


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing, interviewing, and selection
  • 5 or more years of full lifecycle talent acquisition experience, including project, team, or program management
  • 3 or more years of demonstrated expertise consulting and guiding senior leadership on hiring processes, with deep focus on sourcing strategy design, talent pipelining, market intelligence, process optimization, and compensation negotiations (base, incentives, executive plans)
  • Proven track record utilizing various recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and platforms to source passive candidates effectively
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and a demonstrated ability to optimize processes and implement improvements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with prior success presenting to and influencing senior leadership and executive audiences
  • Ability to work independently with high autonomy while maintaining strong collaboration across the organization
  • Ability to travel up to 30% as needed


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting high-volume or specialized hiring in dynamic industries (e.g., corporate, field/operational, technical, or executive roles)
  • Familiarity with data-driven recruiting metrics and tools for insights and reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
