About The Role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Partner to join our People team and support our growing US organization.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in building our U.S. hiring and People operations from the ground up. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, employees, external partners, and the global People team to drive recruiting efforts, support the employee experience, and help build scalable processes as the company grows.

As the first dedicated People team member supporting our U.S. team, you'll have the opportunity to grow your scope and take on broader responsibilities over time.

What you'll do

Talent Acquisition -
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies for US Go to Market roles.
  • Manage candidates throughout the hiring process, including resume reviews, recruiter phone screens, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Source and engage top talent using creative sourcing techniques and AI powered recruiting tools.
  • Help build structured, data-informed hiring processes that balance quality, pace, and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with the global People team to build scalable processes and support the growth of our U.S. organization.

People Operations -
  • Own the onboarding experience for new U.S. employees, ensuring they're set up for success before and throughout their first days.
  • Administer employee benefits, enrollments, qualifying life events, and vendor coordination.
  • Partner with payroll providers and Finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Support day to day HR operations and administrative processes.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions related to payroll, benefits, policies, and HR processes.
  • Lead or support cross-functional People initiatives and strategic projects.

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including hiring for Go to Market roles.
  • Experience recruiting Go to Market roles - advantage.
  • Previous experience in a fast paced startup environment.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive as a highly autonomous individual contributor.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A process oriented mindset with a passion for building and improving workflows.
  • Curiosity and openness to using AI tools and automation to improve recruiting and People processes.
  • Experience in HR Operations or People Operations is a strong advantage.

Working Model
  • This role is currently remote within the U.S. and is expected to transition to a hybrid work model as our New York office opens.
