Full Job Description
USGI is seeking a Dashboard Developer to design, develop, and maintain acquisition, HR, and budget dashboards supporting EPMU's mission. The role ensures data-driven decision making and accurate daily reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Gather dashboard requirements.
  • Build Tableau dashboards with interactive visualizations.
  • Maintain automated data pipelines.
  • Conduct testing and validation.
  • Document data sources and dashboard functions.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional experience from a relevant field, with additional certifications considered a plus
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and visualizations
  • Experience with ETL, data modeling, and analytics
  • Experience integrating multiple data sources


Preferred Qualifications

  • Tableau certification(s), such as Tableau Desktop Specialist or Tableau Certified Data Analys
  • Experience with other business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik)
