Job SummaryATG is seeking a Systems Programmer (Web/SharePoint) to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Code 104. The selected candidate will design, develop, maintain, and support SharePoint-based applications, web solutions, and collaboration platforms while ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient delivery of enterprise web services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and enhance SharePoint sites, web applications, and portals.
- Design and implement custom SharePoint solutions using modern development practices.
- Develop workflows, forms, dashboards, and collaboration tools.
- Perform SharePoint administration, configuration, and content management.
- Troubleshoot application, web, and SharePoint issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support system integration, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Develop technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
- Ensure compliance with RMF, STIGs, and Department of Defense cybersecurity requirements.
QualificationsRequired:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum four (4) years of professional experience in software development, web development, SharePoint programming, computer design, or computer networks.
- Current DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 3 investigation.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Power Platform.
- Knowledge of .NET, C#, PowerShell, or related scripting languages.
- U.S. Citizenship.
Desired:- Microsoft SharePoint or Power Platform certification.
- Experience supporting NAVSEA or Department of the Navy.
- Experience with SQL Server, REST APIs, and Microsoft 365.
