All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII's Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations.
Summary:HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Power Apps Developer to support the United States Postal Service (USPS) Office of Inspector General (OIG). The Power Apps Developer will build modern Power Platform applications, migrate legacy tools, and create secure, scalable solutions that streamline business processes. This role can be remote working East Coast hours.

What You Will Do:• Develop PowerApps canvas and model-driven applications.
• Modernize legacy applications by re-engineering them into Power Platform solutions.
• Build enterprise-level mobile and web apps using best practices from the Power Platform community.
• Integrate Power BI dashboards, Azure services, and multiple data sources (SQL, CDS, O365).
• Create and use connectors, automate workflows with Power Automate, and configure data gateways.
• Address and resolve security vulnerabilities within PowerApps solutions.
• Perform unit and integration testing, meet delivery timelines, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional teams including app development, IT operations, and information security.
What We're Looking For:- 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 year experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
- Understanding of PowerApps formulas and development methods for canvas and model-driven apps.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
- Ability to implement solutions using multiple data sources and O365 services.
- Knowledge of installing and configuring data gateways.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task across multiple projects.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred Experience:• 3+ years developing canvas and model-driven PowerApps with strong UI design.
• 3+ years creating Power Automate flows integrating with Azure DevOps or other systems.
• Experience with Common Data Service (Dataverse).
• Experience building solutions across Office 365 (SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Graph API, etc.).
• Experience integrating PowerApps with Azure API Apps, Logic Apps, Functions, and REST services.
• Experience migrating InfoPath forms and SharePoint Designer workflows to PowerApps and Flow.
• SQL experience.
Degrees / Certifications:• PowerApps Developer or PowerApps Professional training/certification.
• Microsoft Flow (Power Automate) training/certification.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
