Description

The Systems Operations Technical Manager supports the organization's infrastructure, network, and telecommunications environments. This role is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, securing, and improving enterprise systems while providing technical support for daily operations and strategic technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to develop infrastructure solutions that support operational needs, security standards, and system performance.
  • Monitor and maintain network, server, cloud, and telecommunications environments to ensure reliability, availability, and optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, system, and network issues, escalating to vendors when necessary and driving issues through resolution.
  • Plan, test, implement, and document infrastructure upgrades, enhancements, and technology improvements.
  • Support infrastructure-related projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all information security policies and procedures.
  • Participate in on-call support rotations and respond to critical system outages or emergencies when required.
