Job Description NAOVI is seeking a Systems Engineer for the following task:

- Demonstrated experience building automation-heavy workflows and front door experiences in IC environments.
- Demonstrated experience with implementation of Flow Designer and Integration Hub patterns (approvals, routing, notifications, and orchestration).
- Demonstrated experience building and extending catalog items, such as for IT support and service requests, new business requirements intake (demand-style), or visit or access requests.
- Demonstrated experience supporting PPM module configuration buildout (forms, flows, and templates).
- Demonstrated experience creating reusable sub-flows (approval chains, task pack generation, SLA timers, and escalations).
- Demonstrated experience with the CAM (Continuous Authorization Monitoring) module in relation to A&A processes or RMF tasks or evidence requests.
- Demonstrated experience leading process mapping and future-state design for various types of processes.
- Demonstrated experience with writing user stories, documenting user acceptance criteria.
- Demonstrated experience managing VAT testing.
- Demonstrated experience training ServiceNow users.
- Demonstrated experience with facilitating workshops with ISSO/ISSM, system owners, or PMOs.
- Demonstrated experience creating SOPs and quick reference guides.
Education and Experience: - 8+ to 10+ years of relevant SI experience within the Intelligence Community (IC) and a IT Bachelor's degree. A college degree can be substituted for years of experience.
Desired Technologies/Tools: - Demonstrated experience providing change management support for thousands of users
- Demonstrated experience with increasing adoption of ServiceNow tools
- Demonstrated experience with implementing form validation and conditional logic to enforce "vetting."
- Demonstrated experience building integrations with; identity or group lookups; evidence storage links (SharePoint/Confluence/file store) with access control; or eMASS or other RMF systems (even if only one-way status sync).
- Demonstrated experience with optimizing a Virtual Agent or chat-to-ticket functions.
- Demonstrated experience with building role-based training in ServiceNow for:
- end users (submit/track)
- fulfillment teams
- RMF practitioners (ISSO, assessors)
- project managers"
- Demonstrated experience with running UAT cycles and managing defect triage.
- Demonstrated experience with the government agency CAM module.
- Demonstrated experience with the government agency A&A process.

- Experience supporting the government agency A&A processes; building or extending catalog items for Authorization and Assessment (A&A) tasks; Risk Management Framework (RMF) tasks; or for evidence requests.
- Experience supporting PPM configuration buildouts such as forms, flows, templates.
- Experience creating reusable sub-flows such as approval chains, task pack generation, SLA timers, or escalations.
- Experience leading process mapping and future-state design for enterprise intake and vetting, demanding which support the project lifecycle, RMF A&A lifecycle aligned to Research Development Support Activity (RDSA) RMF SOPs, and security paperwork (visit requests) lifecycle and approval chain.
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Experience providing training on ServiceNow custom workflows.
- Experience helping users adjust to changes related to the implementation or enhancement of a ServiceNow instance with 2.5k users.
- Experience providing ServiceNow training, writing knowledge base articles, and helping to market ServiceNow internally to program resources, with a goal of increased adoption of the tool.
- Experience facilitating workshops with government agency Security (ISSO or ISSM), system owners, AO reps, or PMO.
- Experience creating SOPs and quick reference guides.
