Shift: 1st Shift (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM)

Job Description:
• Support airworthiness evaluations related to project plans, design changes, and technical artifacts.
• Assist in developing and maintaining requirements aligned with regulatory and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineers and customers to support compliance and certification activities.
• Prepare airworthiness compliance documentation and supporting technical data.
• Apply systems engineering principles to technical documentation, testing, and certification activities.
• Review and analyze technical data to support findings, recommendations, and issue resolution.
• Support verification, validation, qualification, and certification efforts.
• Develop technical reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Must Haves:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related field.
• 1+ years of engineering experience in areas such as Payloads, Structures, Electrical, Cabin Systems, or related disciplines.
• 1+ years of project/program management experience with a good understanding of aircraft systems and modifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience working in cross-functional engineering environments.
• Experience managing Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM).
• Experience with airworthiness methodology and MIL-STD-516C criteria.
• Knowledge of Systems Engineering principles, tools, and techniques related to aircraft design, testing, and certification.
Preferred:
• Experience leading engineering projects or teams.
• Experience with Engineering, Aircraft Modifications, Proposal Development, and Contracts.
• Experience with Supplemental Type Certification (STC) or aircraft modification programs.
• Knowledge of 14 CFR Part 25 regulations.
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
