Full Job Description
Systems Engineer (Junior) to work onsite in support of a government contract for a client located in Pittsfield, MA. An active Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities
  • Test & Integration Engineering: hardware/software validation, verification, and performance testing.
  • Requirements Engineering: documenting, analyzing, and managing system requirements.
  • Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE): system modeling, simulations, and design analysis.
  • Hardware-Systems Engineering: design, integration, and troubleshooting of hardware systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience.
  • Clear understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards.
  • Clear understanding of requirements management and system modeling tools.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity.
  • Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development for self and others.
