We are seeking aSystems Engineer II - Remotewho has the ability totravel 75% of the time within the US. The position defines, designs and implements network communications and solution improvements. Proposes and implements system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the system. Manages the load configuration of a central data communication processor and makes recommendations for purchase or upgrade of data networks. Coordinates terminal orders and cable installation, network system planning, upgrading, monitoring, testing and servicing. Approves action requests and specifies purchase requirement. Negotiates and places orders with common carriers.

Your Impact

As a member of the Systems Engineering team, you will be responsible for:

  • Ability to travel up to 75% within USA
  • As a member of a team, perform systems related tasks for integrating newly acquired clinics into Hanger environments.
  • Assist in administrating Windows based servers
  • Team participation with planning and designing a secure server infrastructure
  • Assist in developing and architecting technology solutions as directed by management
  • Properly document and maintain an inventory of all server systems
  • Install, configure, and maintain server software
  • Troubleshoot reported incidents and problems
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university is desired; 2 years of experience can be substituted for one year of formal education
  • 2+ years experience supporting a Windows server environment
  • Must have basic knowledge of programming or scripting skills in any language
  • Self-motivated to be a team player, with self-initiative to develop and understand technologies and solutions.
  • Understanding of Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, VMWare, and Mail messaging.
  • Understanding of Dell hardware
  • Some knowledge of Linux is helpful

Pay range of $80,000 - $95,000 annual salary + annual bonus: up to 5% of base pay depending on bonus criteria. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
