The Enterprise Communication Application Engineer is responsible for the implementation, support, and optimization of enterprise-wide communication platforms. This includes systems such as messaging, paging systems, and clinical or operational communication solutions - e.g., Spok Software & Wireless, Emergency Alert system and Vocera.

  • Extensive experience supporting enterprise communication platforms such as (do not have to have all of them) Operator Console, paging systems, messaging applications and healthcare communication platforms -e.g., Spok, Vocera, secure messaging solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
