What You Will Do:- Support planning and execution of USAF APG-82 Public Private Partnership (PPP) and F-15 Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) programs - This includes Integration, Verification and Validation (IV&V) qualification activities, or Troubleshooting Test activities in our labs, in the field, or at a Depot facility
- Support activity may require travel (up to 20%)
- Complete and compile detailed performance evaluations, including the use of analysis tools, such as MATLAB as well as applicable data-query or analytics tools (SQL or similar platforms) as needed.
- Prepare and present results in reports and briefings to IPTLs, Systems Engineering, and Chief Engineering. This includes summarizing large amounts of field-collected data and refining it into clear, concise insights for decision-makers.
- Perform root-cause analysis & implement minor design changes, incorporating the review of relevant large data trends to help identify contributing factors and guide recommendations.
- Develop scripts and tools using Python to analyze system and test data, automate workflows, and generate actionable insights for engineering and sustainment teams.
Qualifications You Must Have:- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
- Experience with programming, data analysis, and automation tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, C, C#, MATLAB, Python).•
- Experience working in teams troubleshooting technical issues.
Qualifications We Prefer:- Experience with or exposure to various military platforms for weapons conveyance, such as ships, ground combat systems, fixed and rotary wing aircraft
- Experience working with schematics and electronic test equipment to troubleshoot electronic circuits and systems.
- Strong understanding of root cause analysis methods (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone)
- Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, R, JMP, or similar)
- Good communication and technical documentation skills

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
