Qualifications

• Field sales experience required.
• Background in pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
• Experience with LAN/WAN/Internet services administration.
• Familiarity with Wireless technologies and site surveys.
• Deep knowledge of Wireless Authentication technologies.
• Strong understanding of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP.
• Knowledgeable about Routing, Switching, VPN, and Network Security protocols.
• CCIE or CISSP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in qualifying sales leads technically during pre-sales stages.
• Act as the primary technical resource on sales calls, addressing customer inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of networking applications and solutions for client education.
• Serve as the lead technical contact for customers post-sale, collaborating with support and engineering teams.
• Provide post-sales training and assistance to customers.
• Support the sales team with technical documentation and best practices.
