Full Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Process Manager - Central & West. This position will be based in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.

The Siemens Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products business is undergoing a significant business and technology transformation to standardize and optimize core processes, business platforms, and operational practices while supporting growth across the business. In this role, you will serve as the primary Operations Process Owner for Systems Business manufacturing operations across the Central and Western regions, helping drive operational excellence, process standardization, manufacturing transformation, and business performance across multiple facilities.

You'll make a difference by:
  • Serving as the primary Operations Process Owner for Production Planning, Configuration, Scheduling, and Manufacturing Operations processes across Systems Business plants in the Central and Western regions.
  • Driving standardization, continuous improvement, and adoption of Lead-to-Cash and Design-to-Operate processes across manufacturing operations.
  • Partnering with plant leadership to improve productivity, capacity, quality, delivery performance, operational efficiency, and business transformation outcomes.
  • Leading capacity planning, engineering scheduling, production planning procedures, operational controls, and corrective actions in Engineer-to-Order manufacturing environments.
  • Leading integration and process alignment across SAP and key manufacturing platforms, including CPQ, PLM, and MES.
  • Representing manufacturing requirements and priorities in regional and global transformation initiatives, including requirements definition, solution validation, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
  • Partnering across plants, Product Owners, collaborators, and enterprise teams to support consistent process governance, best-practice sharing, and initiatives impacting multiple facilities and business units.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field; equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
  • 8+ years of experience with the following:
    • Manufacturing operations, production planning, supply chain, industrial engineering, or operational leadership within Make-to-Order (MTO), Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Configure-to-Order (CTO), or other high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.
    • Manufacturing process improvement, including productivity, quality, delivery performance, capacity utilization, inventory optimization, and cost efficiency initiatives.
    • ERP-enabled manufacturing environments, including Production Planning, Materials Management, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and supply chain processes.
    • Leading cross-functional process standardization, continuous improvement, organizational change, and business transformation initiatives.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across shop floor, plant leadership, and executive teams.
  • Ability to travel to support manufacturing facilities, transformation projects, and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations within a regional, national, or global organization.
  • Experience in electrical products, power distribution, switchgear, switchboards, motor control centers, configured products, or similar Engineer-to-Order manufacturing environments.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, manufacturing transformation initiatives, and integration of manufacturing systems such as SAP, CPQ, PLM, or MES.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement, change management, training, and user adoption activities using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, analytics platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, KNIME, or Snowflake, Contract Manufacturing operations, supplier collaboration, or distributed manufacturing networks.

The pay range for this position is $100,603 - $172,462 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
