Job Description:POSITION SUMMARY:- Partner with HR leaders and executive stakeholders to identify operational challenges, define improvement priorities, and establish success criteria
- Conduct root cause analysis and lead current- and future-state process design using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies
- Develop and transition improvement plans to Project Managers for execution, ensuring alignment with intended future-state processes and measurable outcomes
- Redesign workflows, establish KPIs, and document standardized processes and governance frameworks to improve efficiency, scalability, compliance, and teammate experience
- Collaborate with HRIS, technology, and change management teams to support implementation, adoption, executive reporting, and ongoing sustainability; up to 10% travel as needed
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:- 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or consulting, with proven success leading enterprise-level process redesign initiatives
- Lean and/or Six Sigma certified (Green Belt minimum) with strong knowledge of continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and project governance methodologies
- Proven ability to independently diagnose operational challenges, develop scalable solutions, and drive sustainable implementation in complex environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Experience in healthcare, HR operations, and/or regulated environments, including exposure to HRIS platforms such as Workday preferred

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $110,000-$125,000 Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
