Sales Force Architect

Location: PCS CATORONTO

Years of Experience: 10-15 Years

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Architect with over 14 years of Salesforce experience, including a minimum of 3 years in an architectural role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing Experience Cloud and Data Cloud solutions, as well as expertise in AI agents and end-to-end case management. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions, focusing on Experience Cloud and Data Cloud architecture.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end case management processes, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in Salesforce best practices and architectural standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills:
  • 14+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years as a Salesforce Architect.
  • Expertise in Experience Cloud with a minimum of 3 successful implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Data Cloud (Data 360) architecture.
  • Experience with Agentforce/AI agents and end-to-end case management.
  • Proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Apex programming.

Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Engagement is highly desirable.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce certifications relevant to the role are a plus.
