Full Job Description
HM's Top Needs: 1. Strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Community, as well as Agentforce. 2. Hands-on configuration experience with Salesforce. 3. Experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems, as well as working with integration tools (WebMethods, Informatica Cloud, etc.) 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (configuration and/or development) with at least 2+ years in a technical lead or architecture role.Proven experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations from architecture through delivery. Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, WebMethods, middleware, and APIs. Experience with Git/Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and deployment tools such as Copado. Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security architecture, scalability, and platform performance optimization. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
