Job Description:
As a Systems Analyst III, you will leverage your 8+ years of experience to lead initiatives and resolve customer billing-related issues.
You will implement best practices and guide improvements across our financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage customer billing issues and initiatives, ensuring implementation of best practices.
Work extensively on the Order to Cash (O2C) cycle in Oracle EBS and Cloud, focusing on billing across hardware, services, and subscriptions.
Collaborate across the Quote to Cash process, integrating CPQ, Subscription Management, EBS (Order Management, Services, Accounts Receivable, Accounting), and RMCS.
Provide insights and strategies to optimize billing efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, offering clear updates and progress reports.

Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree desired but not required

REQUIRED:
Minimum of 8 years of Oracle Finance consulting experience.
Proven expertise with O2C cycle and end-to-end Quote to Cash processes.
Strong experience with Oracle EBS and Cloud solutions.
Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex billing issues in a multi-faceted environment.
Excellent communication skills and a proven self-driven approach to duties.
