Systems Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator with strong Microsoft 365 expertise to help drive our cloud-first technology strategy, strengthen cybersecurity, and support the systems that enable our teammates to make recovery possible every day.

What You'll Do

Lead Microsoft 365 Administration

You will serve as a key administrator and technical expert for Pinnacle's Microsoft 365 environment, including:
  • Exchange Online
  • SharePoint Online
  • Microsoft Teams
  • OneDrive
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

Strengthen Security & Compliance

Cybersecurity is a major focus of this role.

You will help manage and enhance:
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Conditional Access Policies
  • Identity Protection
  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
  • Microsoft Purview Compliance Solutions
  • Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC)
  • Microsoft Defender Security Tools

Your work will directly contribute to protecting organizational data and supporting compliance requirements in a healthcare environment.

Driving Automation & Innovation

We are looking for someone who constantly seeks ways to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities include:
  • Developing PowerShell automation scripts

  • Experience supporting enterprise cloud collaboration and identity platforms.

    • Exchange Online
    • SharePoint Online
    • Teams

  • Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
