Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or permanent residence required.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server.
• Basic networking, Windows, and MS Office knowledge essential.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs required.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Effective documentation writing skills.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks.
• Independent worker with team collaboration experience.
• Familiar with PKI, MECM-SCCM, Microsoft 365/Azure, Intune, Microsoft Teams, ESXi, Hyper-V.

Responsibilities

• Manage data center operations and backup processes.
• Oversee both physical and virtual server assets.
• Monitor and troubleshoot backup and restore functions.
• Collaborate with engineers to fix lab hardware issues.
• Document and communicate system status, procedures, and plans.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
