About the Role

Job Title: System Engineer

Location: Redmond, WA

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to support satellite connectivity initiative, with the rollout of manufacturing test software for OHA 3.1 satellite components.
This role focuses on Python-based test systems, hardware/software integration, and manufacturing test station deployment. You will work closely with software developers, hardware engineers, and production teams across approximately 20 test stations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and troubleshoot Python-based test automation and test systems.
• Support test station bring-up, deployment, commissioning, and qualification.
• Integrate test software with hardware, instruments, and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software integration and test station issues.
• Support measurement stability and repeatability testing.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and manufacturing teams.
• Support deployment and maintenance of manufacturing test software.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with test automation/test systems development.
• Hands-on hardware/software integration experience.
• Manufacturing, production, hardware, or laboratory testing experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Desired Qualifications

• OOP with Python
• CI/CDLinux
• RS-232, GPIB, or I2C
• National Instruments/test instrumentation
• Manufacturing or production test experience
• Aerospace, satellite, electronics, or semiconductor experience

Salary and Other Compensation:

The salary for this position is between $140,000 - $150,000 USD annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
