Pay Range:$61.43 - $92.15
A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
The System Director of Perioperative and Procedural Services provides leadership, strategic direction, and oversight for perioperative and procedural services across HSHS, encompassing operating rooms, surgical support, and areas such as gastrointestinal, interventional, and cardiovascular labs. This role drives quality, safety, access, throughput, and financial performance while collaborating with hospital leaders, physician leadership, and system executives to standardize practices and optimize procedural workflows.

Education Qualifications- Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing or related Allied Health field is required.
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing or related Allied Health field with at least 5 years of leadership experience may be considered in lieu of a masters degree.
Experience Qualifications- 7 years of demonstrated leadership experience is required.
- 5 years of leadership experience in perioperative services and procedural environments is required.
- Experience in procedural throughput, access management, and surgical services performance improvement is required.
- Experience with procedural services, including cath lab and/or invasive cardiovascular services is preferred.
- Multi-site or system-level leadership experience is preferred.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations- Licensed in the state of practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) is preferred.
