Job Description:Position Overview: Omnicom Media seeks an exceptional Senior Vice President of Performance Activation to lead our addressable investment strategy and drive transformative growth across search, social, and digital channels. This role will shape operating models, lead multiple teams, and serve as a key business driver for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute account-wide addressable investment strategy, positioning Omnicom as the premier performance activation partner for global clients
- Team & Talent Development: Build, mentor, and manage multiple high-performing teams of search, social, and performance marketing practitioners; foster a culture of innovation and excellence
- Business Growth: Identify and capitalize on market opportunities; drive new business development and expand existing client relationships through strategic performance solutions
- Client Partnership: Serve as strategic advisor to C-suite clients; deliver integrated, data-driven activation campaigns that drive measurable business impact and revenue growth
- Innovation & Technology: Champion emerging platforms, tools, and methodologies; establish Omnicom as an industry leader in performance marketing innovation
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leadership across account management, creative, analytics, and strategy to deliver integrated solutions
- Industry Visibility: Represent Omnicom at industry conferences, speaking engagements, and thought leadership forums
Required Qualifications:- 15+ years in digital marketing with 8+ years in performance media leadership
- Proven success building and scaling high-performing teams and business units
- Deep expertise in search, social, and addressable media ecosystems
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated effective scope management and revenue growth
- Senior presence with ability to influence Executive clients and internal stakeholders
- Strategic vision combined with operational excellence
$225-235K
Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
