Support Services Automation Engineer

We are looking for an engineer to join the Support Services Automation team within the broader User Experience group. This role is responsible for building and supporting automation, integrations, and operational solutions across IGA, ITSM, and related enterprise platforms.

The right candidate brings strong development skills, experience with SaaS applications, the ability to learn quickly, and a passion for improving processes and scaling enterprise systems in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do
  • Design, build, and maintain automation solutions across provisioning, access management, service workflows, identity lifecycle, and operational processes.
  • Develop and support integrations between enterprise platforms, cloud-based SaaS applications, internal systems, and external vendor solutions
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and improve workflows, provisioning logic, connected systems, and platform integrations
  • Build dashboards, analytics, monitoring, logging, and reporting solutions to improve visibility, reliability, and proactive issue resolution
  • Participate in solution design, technical reviews, diagramming, and implementation planning
  • Translate requirements into clear solution designs, technical documentation, and implementation details.
  • Partner with business units, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements, perform data mapping, and deliver scalable solutions
  • Contribute to backlog planning, story development, and delivery using Jira and Agile methodologies
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders


What You'll Need
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, automation, or enterprise platform support.
  • Experience with cloud-based SaaS applications, enterprise systems, and integrations
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, SQL, PowerShell, Postman, or similar tools and technologies
  • Experience with monitoring, observability, logging, dashboards, analytics, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with requirements gathering, technical documentation, diagramming, and code management practices
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery models and Jira or similar work management tools.
  • Experience using AI-assisted coding tools to improve development speed, code quality, troubleshooting, or documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Must be able to work on-site from the Costa Mesa office


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with IGA capabilities such as identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access requests, access controls, governance workflows, certifications, and JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) processes
  • Familiarity with Saviynt, SailPoint, or similar IGA platforms
  • Experience with ITSM platforms, service management workflows, or operational platform support
  • Experience with directory services, cloud identity platforms, or enterprise support tools

The starting pay range for this position is:

$106,900.00 - $142,200.00
Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
