Work You'll Do

As a Senior Manager, Strategy and Transformation on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for:
  • Advising C-suite executives, agency leaders, and other senior stakeholders on supply chain, procurement, enterprise performance, and transformation priorities.
  • Leading enterprise-wide transformation programs that connect business strategy to operating model design, process improvement, technology enablement, implementation, and measurable outcomes.
  • Developing and advancing client strategies across digital supply chain, strategic procurement, source-to-pay, supplier management, planning, logistics, network operations, and smart operations.
  • Driving growth through account planning, pipeline development, proposal strategy, executive pursuits, client relationship expansion, and strategic alliance development.
  • Translating artificial intelligence, generative artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and cloud capabilities into practical supply chain and procurement solutions while leading cross-functional, multi-geography teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • 15+ years of experience in management consulting, supply chain, procurement, enterprise transformation, or technology-enabled operations
  • Experience advising C-suite, senior government, or Fortune 500 stakeholders and leading enterprise-wide transformation programs spanning strategy, operating model design, process redesign, technology enablement, and implementation
  • Experience in one or more of the following: strategic sourcing and category management; supplier management and third-party spend; procure-to-pay and source-to-pay transformation; digital procurement; supply chain strategy and network operations; planning, fulfillment, logistics, or smart operations; finance and procurement transformation
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
  • 20+ years of experience across consulting, industry, government, or a combination of these environments
  • Master's degree in business, supply chain, public policy, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline
  • Experience building or scaling a consulting practice, market offering, alliance ecosystem, or book of business with measurable revenue, bookings, pipeline, or margin impact
  • Experience leading global or multi-region programs across North America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific
  • Experience with procurement and supply chain platforms such as Coupa, Ivalua, JAGGAER, Basware, Sirion, Taulia, SAP, or Oracle
  • Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), or Certified Government Financial Manager
